SingularWINE is a meeting point on the Internet for wineries and persons who are interested in wine. The information furnished by the wineries belonging to the association enables the users to participate in a game of agricultural and oenological planning on a small scale.
Assisted by the wineries, the users convert their oenological and personal projects into real-life projects at the winery, producing their own wine and taking the key decisions with the assistance of the winery experts.

 

SingularWINE is an online platform set up by a multidisciplinary team to meet “Making on-line” needs in the winemaking sector. Through this platform, wineries and wine-lovers meet with the objective of permitting the latter to plan and produce their own personal wines using the wineries' resources. The winelovers take a virtual part in helping to produce those wines.

SingularWINE allows users to become involved in the work of the winery for the purpose of customising their wines and then act as directors of real projects in the winery in order to produce their own customised wines.

SingularWINE supervises all communications between the users and the wineries to ensure that the real-life expectations of the users are satisfied.

Each winery provides the SingularWINE users with:

• An attractive offer enabling them to create their own personal projects. SingularWINE controls the information provided by each winery forming part of the association, such that it furnishes a specific offer which is included in the contractual dialogue that enables the users to customise their own wines.
  

           The winery competes for the SingularWINE users against other wineries belonging to the association.

• Maintenance of the projects that the users sign up for in their facilities, through assigning the necessary resources and planning the production, control and deliverables previously established by the wineries themselves and approved by the users in the contractual dialogue.

 

The SingularWINE projects put into operation by the member wineries are a true reflection of the processes/products which the winery has allocated to those projects.

Each winery adopts the SingularWINE system, in order to ensure the highest level of reality and the general specifications of the service.

The customers obtain from the wineries contents with high informative value, an extraordinary experience and ultimately, their wines. The informative content helps the customer to taking decisions and review the winemaking process of their wine. The teaching system used is “comparing – selecting” during the contractual dialogue and “preparing – deciding - verifying” in maintaining the customised projects.
